Not yet, sadly. Haven't gotten the ASC for the N-400 yet since I just applied last weekend.

For the removal of conditions app, it will probably be another 4-5 months before they get to January 2017 filers for the I-751.

Got called in February 2017 to do biometrics. Nothing else has happened yet.

I figured since I don't have any immediate travel plans may as well apply while the I-751 was still pending,.

They have most likely combined your 751 to 400 for the same day adjudication, that is what is happening to me. Good luck, you will probably not get your 10 year green card, they will most likely approve your 751 during your 400 interview.

The question for me is: Since it will have been almost 1.5 years since we submitted the I-751 paperwork, what is the interview like? What kind of questions would they ask of us at the I-741/N400 Interview?

Also, what paperwork is needed for the N400 which we will be applying for in three months time?

I have heard most of the time it is very easy like where you met and how long you've been together. In terms of 400, it says what you need on their website, and they are kind of similar to 751

Exactly one month away before the interview. I am torally prepared mentally for the possibility of walking out of my field office still pending, but I will have additional evidence(ongoin supporting documents for bona fide marriage) handy just in case if the officer wants to spend more time reviewing my 751, but I will check with my lawyer 2 weeks before the interview, and talk about various hypothetical situations in an attempt to maximize the chances of on the spot approval.

The interview letter just says to show up and bring documents that are listed on the letter, like marriage certificate, copies of tax returns, etc.

I think you may have misunderstood the question.  When did you receive the interview notification relative to the date of the interview?  I am assuming it was more than a month ago, but just wondering?

I got an USCIS update about their having scheduled my interview on the 14th of this month, and nearly a week later on the 20th, I received the letter in the mail. My NOA for the 400 is 8/11/2017, had been in line for an interview since 9/28/2017 until 2/14/2018.

I guess not everyone can apply on line?? Strange.

My case is paper based: I filled for I-751 aroundmid August 2016. My I-751 has still not been adjudicated up till this day, and I applied for N400 while waiting. My N400 has been pending interview scheduling since Oct 2017; I have not heard any word from them since. From the 250 calls I placed to them, I was able to gather that, that they moved my I751 to the national benefit center because I applied for citizenship. And just a couple of days ago, I just got information, that my case(I751) has not been transferred to my local USCIS field office.

Honestly, I do not know what this means, if it also means that my N400 was transferred to my local field office too for both cases to adjudicated. Now I am in a limbo. I have been waiting on two applications, one from 2016, and the other one since last year without any  major updates and the USCIS officers never give you any update of any kind, just waste your time mostly. Anyway, I am done ranting. Is any one in the same boat?

I am in a kinda crazy situation, where I filled for I751 in August 2016, but never had my case adjudicated so I had to apply for N400 when I became eligible in Aug 2017. They never updated my N400 for one year and a half till last week when they said that my "case has been transfered to my local field office". I do not even know the impact of that. My n400 still shows pending interview, and I am thinking they are going to adjudicate both at the same time, but I do not know. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi, we had similar situation. I filed N400 while my roc is still pending. My Roc was file back in October of 2016. And on October 2017 I decided to file n400. When I went to my interview in February 14 2018 the officer told me CSC sent my ROC to my local field office as soon as they found out I filed for n400. I passed my interview that time but unfortunately he cannot made a desicion yet because he has to review my roc before he will approve me.             Feb 20 my n400 was approved and they placed me in line for oath. March 2 my status was updated I was scheduled for oath and today I am able to view and print my oath for March 20th 2018. Until now I haven’t heard from my roc and the status online still remain the same which is fees were waived. I hope you’ll get an interview soon.
