HELLO  evreyone i am confused.. So i need ur Help 😊😊

My wife is my petitioner.. her income not meet proverty guideline.  her uncle is  joint sponsor.

Her uncle (joint sponsor)  is not living in same household..

EVEN my wife doesn't using  Income from any other person who was counted in your household size.. 

My question is when my WIFE fill up her form i864.. does she needs to fill up i864 part 6 item 3 as Current Annual Household Income??

if she's working, yes, she needs to estimate how much her income will be this year.

no, there isn't anybody else that lives with her and is combining income with her

 

only the sponsor's income part she needs to fill out
