Anyway, the K-1 approval rate (percentage-wise) for Algeria has historically been better than Morocco and Egypt.

What exactly is the approval percentage-wise? I ask because the DOS doesn't publish that info (except for B-class visas). You can try to extrapolate the data on the number of total petition approvals from USCIS (which is available, but not broken down by country), along with the number of approvals from each country, but knowing how many petitions actually made it to interview in a country and how many have been refused (and - critically - why they were refused) is not something available to the public.

Edit: I'm not saying I disagree with the thought (Morocco and Egypt are generally considered near the top of the list in fraud), but the reference to "percentage-wise" implies some empirical data was used to compare them.

150 days, seriously? Does anyone know if the recent processing times have gotten better, worse, or have stayed the same?

Anyone who filed after June 2017, have you received your NOA2?

Hi. May filer here. As of the moment we're still waiting for our NOA2. :) Process is longer than what most of us is expecting. Some of the beneficiary on our group were April filers and they haven't got noa2 yet. Let's all pray that everything will be alright and approved soon. :)

Edit: sorry I realized you were specifically asking for the percentage and qualitative reasons...

I don't know the percentage or how many applied overall, but this is the number of visas issued monthly by visa class and nationality (you can find k-1 in NIV)
