Enough evidence of bonafide marriage?

Hi guys,

I'm curious to know if anyone can give us advice on if we are providing enough evidence with our joint I-130 I-485 AOS application of a bonafide marriage?  My spouse and I live in a house that I owned prior to our marriage, so we don't have joint-ownership, or any type of lease because we don't rent.  We don't have any children, and we only share a joint savings account to save for vacations, but keep our checking accounts separate.  We don't have any joint insurance, or joint credit cards.

Here's what I'm gathering to provide:

a.     2 Affidavits from US citizens – One from an Employer who knows us both, and one from a personal friend.

b.     Joint Bank Savings Account Statement showing both of our names and our current address

c.     Copy of both of our US Driver’s licenses showing the same address

d.     Copies of his personal mail showing our current joint address

e.     Approx 30 photos over the period of our relationship, including wedding photos and vacation photos over the course of 2 years, labeled on the back with date / event.

f.      Copies of emails sent to each other over several year period

g.    Our marriage certificate obviously

Would this be enough evidence? Is there anything else I might want to think about providing?? Thanks!!!!

The joint bank account is the best thing on that list, as well as possibly the drivers licenses.

Other things you could include are:

Utility bills?

Phone bills?

Internet bills?

Even if you carve up responsibility for the bills, that may still be helpful (one of you pays gas and electricity, the other pays the phone and internet)

Is he a driver of your car? Are you both on the car insurance together?

Other insurance policies? E.g. health insurance?

Nominating one another as beneficiary of bank/retirement accounts?

Also, car titles can also be used for joint property. If you havne't done so already, it is probably relatively inexpensive to add your spouse.
