I 765 before AOS

Hello . I just have qucik question, Can I apply for Work Authorization before I apply for AOS. Is those all form (like I864, I765, G325, I130-all forms that you need to fill out after like you get merried) have to to be filled together or can be separate?? Please help me in my confusion

Depends what visa you are on. If you're filing I-130, then I would guess you're not here on a K-1 or K-3 visa? In which case you cannot file for EAD before your file for AOS.

I entered on H2b, and changed on tourist , before merried I was 1 year without staus:(

Then yes, you should apply for EAD at the same time and in the same envelope as you send in the I-485/I-130 forms.
