We married in 2017 and my wife already sponsored someone for K1-Visa in 2008 for an arranged marriage through parents, petition for him was approved but was denied visa in India(Delhi Consulate), so relationship didn't go on. Then we met and dated for a while and married.

The uscis status for old Case shows as below:

Department of State Sent Case to USCIS For Review
On October 22, 2008, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number EAC......., for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

What steps we should take to get my GC through marriage now?
We have marriage certificate for our marriage and we want to live together for life.
