Re-entry after SEVIS termination

I don't wanna lie. I would give detailed and correct explanations with valid documents that could support my defense in helping me making them understand that I never worked unlawfully. I tried dealing similar way with my DSO but she wasn't ready to understand me. I don't know how that would go with the CBP but I have no intention of lying. If I can convince the CBP, will I be re-admitted?

I was helping my friend pick up and arrange the clothes as she dropped a huge rack of clothes flipping over it to help me avoid an injury at her store. That took like 10-12 minutes for both of us to do. It was the same time someone from my school saw it and reported. Because they've seen me setting up the hangers and the clothes back in place, they mistook me to be working. I was working on campus for 20 hours, enrolled full time (12 credits), had a full-fee waiver. Inspite of the courses being really tough (on an average, people redo the same course thrice to pass it), I managed to be the class topper(in the very first attempt) securing a GPA of 4.0 for the term. I had no reason to work off campus. But, there was no one ready to believe my words. I can also show my bank statements which give a detail report of my payroll from school and no other source of income. It's after this incident in my life that I started believing in "If you can only see one side of a coin, that doesn't mean it has no other side". I'm trying to explain this to everyone and I had never known till date that proving truth is so hard. That's my misfortune and I'm being punished for something I've never done. My bad!

I know securing a new visa while termination for unlawful work is almost impossible, I'm being keen and asking the same question multiple times seeking for at least one positive response that would boost my confidence in helping me live and achieve my dreams.

sorry.  helping ur friend at her store is illegal work.  even for 1 minute.  u not getting paid irrelevant.  u r being punish for something u did do.  ur friend need help at her store then she need to hire eligible worker.  u no can do anything at a business.  not even help for 1 minute.  only workers arrange clothes and set up.  that work not done by non-workers.

I went to her store in order to return her iPad. offering help to a friend to pick up some dropped thing is nothing at all. It's also not that she cannot hire a worker. I helped her because I was the reason for it. It's the most simple things in life that affect you in a great deal. If someone flips over your leg and fall down, would you not help them get up and stand right? It didn't matter to me if it was a thing then. I don't understand the point in calling it "illegal work".

did u flip over rack of clothes and pick it up?  no.  that's why it illegal work.  u r not allow to help her at the store under any condition.

u r not allowed to do things that a worker do in her store.  that why it illegal work.  only workers go to a store and arrange clothes.
