My NOA2 has been sent to Manila.  My fiancee is a very simple woman who has worked as a nanny and housekeeper her whole life, so she isn't used to Government paperwork.  She lives in Davao.  Is there any agency or group which will help Filipinos with their paperwork?

In order to immigrate the I am sorry but no. My wife wasn't either so I pretty much filled everything for her.

Yes,  My  fiancee has a niece in Cebu who owns a business doing visas of all kinds.  I am sure she is up on it and can work via emails, calls or etc.. I don't want to publish her number or business email here, but will pass to you if I can contact you in a private email.  I do not know what she would charge, since she will not be going to the office, but it is a business so is will not be free help.  She could also join a chat group specifically in her area on FB as I am many are going through it right now..

Really you should be able to help via a phone call and video chat to walk her through BPI payment for the interview and setting up the medical appointment.(this is what I did to help my wife) If I remember right  the majority of paperwork is on your side, she needs CENOMAR, divorce decree (if ever married) etc. The rest you should send to her (affidavit of support, proof of ongoing relationship, etc.).

Hope you did not send the original of your NOA2 to Manila.   Are you saying your case file in in Manila and you have your MNL# ?  If so ... here is a link to help with things.

Here is the embassy instructions letter.. .follow it to a "T"... use it for your checklist.  https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf

There is only one form for USEM to be completed and it is the online DS-160 which you can assist her with, without issue.

After that it is fairly straight forward.

Pay the visa fee at BPI.

Schedule the interview (you can assist with this also from stateside)

Complete the medical

Attend the interview and receive the visa

Attend CFO seminar

Paperwork is rather simple.  Sounds like she doesn't want to take time to mess with it or study it and wants you to do all the work for her.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.
