Hello everyone,

I am new here trying to get help regarding USA visit visa.

It's probably for my Uncle and aunt who are UK ILR status holder but are of NEPALESE citizen. Currently, they are in Nepal and wanting to visit USA for their (Green Card holder)daughter's Final graduation before 4th December.

What I learned is bank statement is not necessary as of new rule who applies for Usa visa from NEPAL. But i am very clueless what or how to help them. Though i can opt help from agents but i dont want to if i can help them by myself. What sort of documents has to be provided their daughter from USA( she is a GREEN CARD HOLDER)

• could someone help me with the document checklist and what form to fill up before applying and i heard interview will be needed . But how do I begin?

Thankyou  🙏

Hello, by ILR do you mean 'Given Leave to Enter the UK indefinitely'? That means a permanent resident in the UK?

Not sure where you heard about no bank statement, but no letter is necessary from their daughter. They need to apply as Nepalese Citizens and state on the Visa application they are LPR in the UK. They would need to also apply using their funds not their daughters. I am sure others will chip in here.

If they live in the UK and are only visiting Nepal they should apply from the UK.

There is no document list. You do not provide anything. They need to show strong ties to their home country.

Home country would be the United Kingdom. Pension, House, relatives, bank accounts IN the UK, etc

Agree apply in the UK, much better success rate.
