Hola,

We have our interview this Thursday. Just triple checking to make sure I have not forgotten anything. We have the following:

1. dd-156 & 156K

2. both medical exams ( fiancee & child )

3. approval certified letter from childs father granting permission for leaving the country

4. all three police reports

5. 134 notorized with:

a. notorized letter of employment

b. notorized bank statement ( w/1 yrs statements )

c. federal income tax records past 3 yrs

d. mortgage statements w/ current market value analysis of home

6. pictures of last visit to Peru in Feb 07' ( qty 20 ). This to show ongoing relationship since 129f submittal Dec 06.

7. printed e-mail since Dec 06'

8. plane tickets from Feb 07 trip including hotel stays.

9. calling card receipts since Dec 06 along with fiancee's phone bill receipts during that time period.

Not sure if there is anything else that may come to mind other than chat conversations which are enormous. We plan on getting there 45 minutes prior to our appt. I am flying out this week one day prior in order to organize everything in an accordial style folder. Will be bringing my original birth certificate ant we have translated certificate of theirs. Also bringing my copy of the 129f subbitted in Dec 06' along with my original NAO1 and NAO2's ( have made copies of them if the so desire to have a copy ).

Not sure what else there is to bring. If anyone could think of anything I may have forgotten I would appreciate you advising me. I am not really nervous  , but my fiancee is quite nervous  . We plan on sitting in the back row bench next to the wall. I do wish to thank everyone for their inputs posted on this site. I plan on posting a review of the embassy by this weekend; here's hoping for a happy approval.

Regards,

eff

OK yes my fiancee has that receipt. I appreciate your support as always!!!! It's a shame I'll be there strictly for 48 hrs, but those are going to be one of the very best spent hours of our lives!! The embassy did send an old version 134 form which I'll pre-fillout without signing it if they want it, but I do have the current version ( 3 copies all certified ) in hand. Again thanks for your reply !!!!!!!!
