I received a pink REF notice from

US Department of Homeland Security

P.O. box 648004

Lees Summit, M0

64002

So I mailed REF last week via USPS to this address 

it was delivered: Your item was delivered at 10:19 am on October 21, 2017 in LEES SUMMIT, MO 64002 to HOMELAND SECURITY. The item was signed for by M SIEVERS

but it deliverd  this address 850 NW Chapman road, lee’s Summit ,,mo 64063

is it ok it delivered correct place. 

Question: so still I did not get any reply from us department of Home land security 

And after send my evidence I checked my case status still not updated please just tell me what happen.
