Dude...everyone keeps asking you to be clear on your immigration timeline and the specs. You keep going on and on about irrelevant info. Are you just a troll? -_-

If you are not a troll, you have to actually answer the questions members have asked you to help you. Your bits and pieces at a story makes no sense. You came on a student visa, then how did you sponsor your spouse's family, there's no way for you to do that with a student visa...?

Somebody who was studying for a Masters can not answer very simple questions...

Hmmmm

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

OP,  You need to consult a US family law attorney in the state and county/parish where there are the divorce, custody and support cases.  You can find one using Martindale.  It will be expensive and might not be possible to pursue additional litigation depending on your resources, but get an initial consultation to determine your options.

There are many states with the documents available online so start with your own search.

An important issue for the future is that if required that you have been complying with support orders.
