I'm sorry, your post is a bit confusing, are you applying for K1 visa (fiance visa) or CR-1 visa (spousal visa)?

If you are filing for K1 visa (fiance) then you need to provide a intent to marry letter with wet signatures of both the petitioner and the beneficiary.

If your are applying for K1 Visa, then you need to send letter of intent to marry with wet (real) signatures cannot be copy.

There should be two letters one from petitioner and one letter from beneficiary. Both with wet signatures

Did you originally sent these letters when you filled the petition?

A wet signature for the beneficiary's letter of intent to marry is not required. It can be a handwritten signature from a printout of a scanned version (i.e. printed original, signed, scanned, emailed to petitioner, printed final).
