How much was that lawyers fee if you know that would be a big help

Contact the Consulate in LA or the SD Honorary Consulate to see if you don't have pay anything to get it resolved first, if you do then how much.

if foreginer visit us and overstay, what u think happen?  they can come back to visit more or visa void?

u choose overstay, u must live with consequence.  respect immigration law if u want no trouble.  u ignore phillipinnes immigration law, u got bad consequence.

american on VJ say respect US immigration law.  american must respect foreign immigration law too.

As a USC, I 100% agree with this post.

They are in negros and I will do what ever needs to be done so I can spend the rest of my life with them I will even give up my citizen ship if that's what they want

giving up us citizen not gonna help u.  ur wife and child stuck in phillipines and u can not go and just live there.  remember staying illegally is why u got problem now.  study.  u need to study rules.  get help if u do not know how to find rules.  giving up citizenship not the answer.  find real answer.  ur problem first time is u do not know rule so u overstay.  understand rule before u go again or u have more trouble.

The most important thing you can do is start reading. You found this site, there is a lot more information you can find, I read all I could about travel for USC to Philippines including length of stay months before my first trip. If you want to bring your girl and baby here you should REALLY start reading up on CRBA and get that taken care of when you do finally go there. She can do it herself but I hear it's better if you both go. It makes your child a US citizen. That way if you apply for a K-1 you will only need to worry about 1 person since your baby will be able to enter US as a citizen and wont need a visa.

Remember ranting and raving and getting upset accomplishes nothing. Knowledge is power so start researching.

Why would you do that and just compound the problem? Do you think it is that easy becoming a Philippine citizen? How old are you btw because I am just curious.

I owe them money because I didn't have cash for staying 30 days over my visit how do I find out how much I owe and were I can go pay them

We have done said this many times now. My first guess would be to call the Consulate in Los Angeles or the Honorary Consul in San Diego.
