Please help me guys  my visa denied for the second time i dont know why. Maybe because of my age im 28 and single. Since i am applying for j1 visa and i graduated 6yrs ago and working at the moment. I cannot convince the consuls of my intent. And lastly i declared my aunt that is living in usa for 5yrs pls help me get through this. Give me some advice

Exchange visitor is for exchange students. It does not make any sense to apply for an exchange visitor visa if you are not a full-time student in your country. You said you are working and graduated 6 years ago.

 

Again, this makes no sense. Maybe you should do a bit of research.

i was denied a j1 visa twice first time there was a mistake on my transcript that caused my gpa to be below 2 and i didnt see the mistake until i got to the embassy because it was in a sealed envelope so after being denied i went back to the school and had them correct the mistake that was made and i reapplied only to be denied again because my documents were supposedly fake which they were not as the schools seal and stamp were on all documents that came from the school.
