so how long after filing does it usually take for them to cash your check or send the application back if something is wrong sorry i was wondering and its driving me insane since my GC expires nov 4th

When did you send everything off? Usually it can take about 14 working days before they will send you NOA1 with the extension letter as well. You filed before the greencard was expired so you are good to go.

i know but im so worried i messed up even the tiniest detail and they will send it back and my thing will expire before i can refile im like nightmare scenario mode and it only got delivered to them Monday so im not expecting anything today or tomorrow just wanted to know the time frames
