01/12/2007 I-130 filed in person at the Consulate in Frankfurt

01/17/2007 Faxed the checklist to the Immigrant Visa Unit in Frankfurt

03/29/2007 Got letter from USCIS to provide evidence that our marriage is bona fide

04/02/2007 Sent to USCIS lots of evidence

05/03/2007 I have an unofficial "PETITION APPROVED" ...waiting for confirmation from Consulate

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate

05/18/2007 E-mail from IV Frankfurt, our interview was scheduled for May 29th

05/19/2007 Packet 4 in the mail: ja ja ja interview letter

05/29/2007 Interview at 7.30 a.m. APPROVED Thank you, God!

06/01/2007 Visa arrived !

06/03/2007 Mayday on the plane POE Cincinnati

Living in Maryland

06/21/2007 Welcome Notice from USCIS

06/29/2007 Applied for SSN at the local Office

07/07/2007 Green Card arrived

07/09/2007 Another 2 Welcome Letters from USCIS...God, they really love me! :D

07/20/2007 Social Security Card arrived

01/18/2009 PCS-ing to Stuttgart Germany

Feb 2009 Received letter from VSC to start removing conditions.

Getting ready the packet for Removing Conditions I-751

This Monday is a bit rough for me too. I didn't want to get up this morning. We are presently considering adopting a dog. I've had dogs all my life but not sure I want to get back into that type of commitment. Moh, on the other hand, has been driving me insane since he got here to have a dog. We found a year old small mix breed this weekend that tugged at my heart strings, unfortunately and Moh thought he was just all that. We had our adoption application approved and will pick him up Saturday. This should prove to be interesting. I've obedience trained 3 dogs and this "teenager" will take some work and patience but I think he'll make a cool addition to our family.

Monday = Long boring commute to a location other than my home office!! Over 25 miles of rush hour misery at $3.00 per gallon for gas!

AND I couldn't sleep last night, so I am operating on about 5 hours of sleep . . . I've already drunk up my quota of caffeine for the day . . . . extra strength Starbucks!

No attempt at joining the slumber party at all tonight . . . I already know I will be too tired!

I would hate Monday's too, if I were up at 4:42 am on them!

i've been up for 13 hours - bleh, night shift........

Monday=free coffee at McDonalds! :dance:

Monday=MENA slumber party tonight for Julianna! :dance:

First day back from vacation and suprisingly I'm in a good mood. :) It's nice and sunny here and will be in the high 70's so feels like I'm still on vacation!!!

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

Well since everything seemed to go wrong on Friday before I left work then today should be great!!! i am trying to force postitive energy that way so it will be.

I am going to try not to forget the slumber party tonight.

Called DOS and the 2nd security check is still pending. :wacko: SO I will call again tomorrow morning :whistle:

Hope everyone has a great day and I have to get going to my 45 mile travel to work each way at $3.17 a gal.
