Neighbor of mine SHE HAS IN K-1 going to apply and fiance has 25 thousand a year self employed he has no kids but fiance here has 3 kids to bring in the USA later.. do you think she need co. sponsor?

They will need a co-sponsor... Good thing they will be on K3 because as far as I know, co-sponsor is not accepted when you filed for K1.
