So I'm getting confused now... Since my husband doesn't work for now, it means that we need a co-sponsor for our upcoming AOS interview next week. We are required to bring and Affidavit of support. Filed our AOS April this year. We are planning to make his dad our co-sponsor but I am wondering if he is qualified. He makes good money but 2 years ago he petitioned his 2nd wife for AOS. He was the petitioner and sponsor of his wife's AOS.. Recently, his wife processed her ROC. I'm just wondering if he can co-sponsor me given that circumstances. He is my husband's dad. I hope someone could help me. I appreciate it. I'm really confused. I don't know if we need to reschedule my interview til husband finds a job or we can make his dad the co-sponsor.

hi

yes he can, if he makes enough money to cover you and his wife,

as long as he has good income or income and assets, no problem in being your husband's joint sponsor

That's a relief. Thank you so much.
