I have a friend thad came here as a tourist, got married on April 2016 and filled the AOS. On May 2017 she did the interview and on June 2017 she received a conditional GC, but now the husband found another person and wants to leave the house.

They are doing couples therapy but the husband is dating a European girl and wants a divorce. It is being a very hard time. My friend loves her husband and even with the problem she is doing her best to keep the marriage.

Is there any condition that she can stay legally here if the divorce happen?

She has a daughter in College, 20 years old, and the daughter is still waiting for her GC based on the mother's condition.

As long as your friend entered marriage in good faith and has evidence of bonafide marriage she will have to file a i-751 waiver after divorce is final. About her child unless she receives her LPR before the parents divorce she will not be able receive it on the same petition. Did mom and child file together? Best case scenario is work on marriage but if that not work get divorced.
