im still a little confused about vacciantions

My question is when my fiance comes and we apply for the adjust. of statua do we have to get the vacciantions and also go to the civil surgeon before we send in our applications and documents? and if so do we go anywhere and get the vacinations then make our own appt with civil surgeon? or do we wait for them to appt one? \

You have to make your own appointment with a civil surgeon-- USCIS only gives you appointments for biometrics and interview. You'll need to send the sealed envelope from the civil surgeon in with your AOS package. Your fiance will need vaccinations if he hasn't already had them done.

Make it sure you will go to a civil surgeon that was designated by the USCIS.
