Need help for I-751 Remotion case

Hello guys, I am waiting for my interview for I-751 after remotion application. First time I missed my interview due to didn't receive interview letter by USCIS. I visited Uscis office through info pass in July,2017 and they said that wait for 90 days now It's over 90 days so what should I do ?

please guide me if anyone has such as experience or any knowledge about this situation. Thanks for your time

Youre  the 2nd person who didn't receive their interview letter that has been posted today.  Shake my head, its so scary when the letter doesnt get to its destination.

 

You need to ring them up, that is what I would do firstly, ask them what is going on.  Ask to speak to a supervisor as they probably have more access to that information. If you get no joy make an info pass appointment, after all they are the ones who will interview you.

 

I would also sign  up for USPS informed delivery if you have not already, so you can monitor your mail.    

 

I am wondering if you have move address recently and they are sending your mail to an old address?
