Confused, need help

Good evening,

I have a couple of logistical questions about the AOS after K-1. First, I know that I have to marry within the 90 days (and we did) but do we also have to turn in the paperwork within that time (90days) I'm almost finished with it however the 90 days will end for me on May 15th and i'm still gathering information. My last question is if we (the co-sponsor and I) have to turn in 3 years of tax returns and w-2's. I'm using a co sponsor because I've been a student for the past 5 years and was told that I could explain that in a document. Okay thanks in advance!!

there is only a timeframe of 90 days to get married.

For filing AOS there is no timeframe but I would suggest to do that as soon as possible after marriage
