Packet 3 is sent byt TNT. When you get packet 3 you will get your instructions on how and where to send it which is TNT. When and if you pass the interview and get your visa that is sent via DHL.

My husband's visa was sent via TNT. I believe the embassy now uses DHL. My husband paid TNT at his interview so that is why his passport was returned via TNT.

As of 3/29/07 my fiance mailed his packet three back to the embassy via DHL.

If you are doing the K 3 do you need to send the I156 k ??

And you send the Marriage too??

Yes, you must send in a copy of the marriage cert. What's the I156k? I don't think Mo sent in one of those. Don't forget, he'll need to pay for the visa and send in the receipt from CIB bank. He will probably have to prepay for the packet 4 to be sent to him. Tell him to ask DHL when he goes to mail the packet 3.

the only thing I am nervous about was that I didnt get my tax papers certified and he has them over there I hope that doesnt cause a problem

Where does it say you have to get them certified? I have never read that one.

They don't have to be certified. The only thing that has to be notarized is the I134.
