Its typically for it to update 3 or 4 days in a row after submitting the questionnaire.

Just want to update you all that my brother received his visa last week. Alhamdullilah!! He was interviewed with his family on October 24th, 2018. Two of his family members received questionnaire email the next day of interview. All family members were placed in AP for about 6 and half months. We were requested to get second medical by the end of sixth month after the interview. After submitting of second medical, he got visa  issued in 30 days.

This AP process was a stressful nightmare for our family, but finally is over Allah ka shukkar. One of his child  is still waiting for visa due to delay medical.

I wish you all good luck with this stressful waiting time in AP. Do not lose hope, every case is different and takes AP process according to individual's situation I guess. This forum was very helpful during this time and we got a lot of information from here.

By the Grace of Almighty Allah my husband's CR1 interview was in August 6th 2018 and he was put in administrative processing 221g  after that , passport kept.. After very agonizing wait, his visa has been issued on May 30th 2019 after asking second medical with no second interview called. I will thank Allah and give hope to all others who are going through 221g at islamabad or elsewhere that keep your hopes up. He was asked ds5535 questionnaire few weeks after his interview.

congrat.. did you contact them or they just contact you for new medical. please provide some details.. my parents still in AP since june 2017 :(

no they contact us via email to submit medical and passport pics for possible final review. we did not involved senator or congressmen because lot of people said it is no use or sometimes it actually hurt the case.

Can you tell me from your interviewed to until now how many times your case updates. Mine interviewed was February 20,2019 and CRI case and 221g got but still not get Ds 5535 and I don't know still chance have to get.
