My case in Ap since 19-11-2019 having 2 updates but how long its take for visa ready my case is cr1 they took my passport even during this period cant travel anywhere els is it possible can i ask then for my passport

Paki-guy, I am in the US.  My fiance is in Pakistan.  I can go marry him in Pakistan.  How ever, I am told that I need to accept Islam.  I am Christian.  Can I submit a review based on this.  I cannot convert and I will not ask him to do that either.

His lawyer told him.  That since Pakistan is a Muslim majority country.  I would have to convert.

Only someone from a polytheism religion must convert before marriage but it is permissible to marry a woman of the book (Christian or Jew).  I was married in Pakistan before accepting Islam and know many others who have done the same.   I have however converted to Islam since then but it was no obligatory then or now.

It is very difficult for me to give you an estimate date of  visa  but If I have to then it will be June 30, 2019.

Can I have estimated time to get visa plsssss? 

My interview date was 23rd Jan 2018, my visa category is IR-1 cr1, by profession I'm telecommunication engineer, it's been more than one year send several inquiries but no luck yet. They gave me white form in which 221g was ticked and I got ds additional questionnaire as well. 

My wife visited me in Jan 2019 and she is with me right now. 

Any

suggestions what should I do.

Hi Case F3 Category My Interview was in Islamabad Embassy on 31-OCT-2018 got 221g only for Additional Questionnaire “DS5535” Submitted 11-Nov-2018, 5 updates back to back after submitting ds5535 the Last update was 19-Nov-2018 after that no update, Simple Pakistani Name. May You Predict brother when we will able to get Visa?

I am House wife CO told at the end of interview about email additional questionsair I travelled UK and India.

Yes, CO told me at the end of the interview about email and after 1 day i got email ( DS 5535).
i have simple pakistani name (waseem ahmed)
CO asked questions about pictures, how we communicate, my wife likes or unlikes, about my education, about my school,  how many times we met before marriage . who paid for my school, about my brother business etc.
i never travelled abroad, don't have job history etc.

she did contacted a senator and he send inquiary on our behalf but no luck.
my wife is with me right now should we go to the embassy or contact them, is there anyway to contact the embassy?

I am the Principal applicant & I got ds5535. Husband name is simple not long Muslim Name he own his textile business
