Got 3 updates last month - 1st update right after submitting the questionnaire, 2nd update a week later and then 3rd update another week later. Didn't see any update since  2 weeks.

Not sure if updates or number of updates correlates with any progress.

I have no idea really.   I have asked others about updates but I have not gotten enough responses from the forums enough to be able to track them.  Some don't seem to get as man updates or they do then they stop at some point.   We were getting a lot in the beginning but they have slowed down since.

I've had updates Oct 23, 30, 31, Nov 1st, 2nd, 6th, Dec 9th, 10th, January 17th, 25th and February 12th.  Case is still in AP.

Hi,

Since you received DS-5535 via e-mail , my prediction date for your visa date change from 02/28/19 to 12-18 months from the day you replied which was  01/29/19. Your name has to cleared from five or six different agencies. That's why you see many updates

Means if someone who is an Ap with ds5535 have no update since interview day.. No one is working on it 😕🙄

No. That's not correct. Because agencies still working on  a case in background who got DS-5535. If they find any info they send it to DOS, and it will updates automatically. But if they don't find any info yet they won't send anything to DOS, therefore no updates. So bottom line, If someone get too many updates that's good signs. But if someone does not get update at all , still okay because they keep searching on that person and have not find anything yet.

My son is in Ap since 7th February 2018, we are F3 and got all other visa in the end of October but he didn't yet.. What's your prediction as I can see you are good in giving it.

Sure. Give me following info regarding your son.

Age, if he is studding what are his majors or what kind of work he does.

His name is simple Pakistani  or long Muslim name?

Any updates on his AP status?

Did you guys get 221 g? if yes which box was checked.

Any missing documents during Interview?

He is studying software engineering.

His name is Tayyab, I guess it's a simple name.

No update but only when inquire and we get same typical reply..

Yes we got 221g and it was checked with Administrative process..
