Do i need to submit all detail on email or i have to download a specific form to submit by mail? Another question is that my wife got the same email, she need to submit her all details as well?

You submit all the details in the email address they provided in the directions. Copy all the questions in the same format that is instructed and list your answers just like they described. And on the top of the email, it will say "Supplemental Questionnaire for" and it will have the name of the person. That will show who they are asking questions for. If it has only your name, then its only for you.

Thank you so much for the information.

I was seriously thinking to hire immigration attorney but i think it wont help and just a waste of money.

My wife got the same mail and we both are shocked and so stressed over it.

So you said your hubby is in same situation right? From how long ?

Thats really sad to hear that they making people wait that much. But we should not loose our hope and be more strong. My visa case is IR1.

Did you ever hear that most people in this case got visa earlier? Or everyone in this situation might go through 6 months period to 1 year?

The earliest I have seen in the past few months is a visa issued with 11.5 months. If you go to that forum I sent u, you can see how long people have been waiting for

Seems like too much wait!  Better i recall for my passport and apply next month for visit visa to see my family for short period. Your husband should apply as well.

Salam every one!

I have been in AP since Jan 23 2018, my interview was OK, my category is IR-1 Cr1. After interview they gave me white paper and then they emailed me additional questionnaire. Send several inquiries even through Congress man but no luck. Its been more than 11 months. I heard after 12 month they usually terminate case. Not sure why they taking so long.

So in this case what should I do?

And my wife came last week.

Need suggestions.

May Allah solves our problems

Any update on your case?
