Hello everyone. I have been on this forum since 2017. My wife was just issued a IR1/ CR1 visa today. It took us 3 years to get a visa after filling law suit "WOM". Here is my timeline...

i130 Sent: March 2017

i130 Approved: October 2017

Interview: Feb 14th, 2018 and put in AP

Filed WOM: December 2019

USCIS asked for extension: March 26, 2020 due to covid-19

Visa Issed: June 4th, 2020

I thank everyone who helped me stay calm and patient. But I truly believe that they would have kept us waiting for another 2 years if I did not file WOM through my lawyer.

I wish everyone good luck and I hope you all reunite with your family members soon. This was a very long and hard journey for us.

Umar & Sana

Congrats! Continue to help others in this process for a few more months ❤️

Your AP saying "Expire" or I'm the only lucky guy . They asked my wife same things I-864A and questionnaire.

Is it a good idea to already take updated forms/copy and questionnaire at the interview at embassy?

how accurate is this info?

These are from WhatsApp groups members from Pakistan that are getting Visas.   The embassy has not updated that they have started routine processing yet but we've seen many updates and a few issued.

I think people are not getting visa issued. My lawyer informed me all visa services are closed, otherwise i would have gotten my visa since I file WOM more then 3 months ago.
