Another update today 21 may to ready. 
 

bottom says ready for interview but wife had already interview on jan 13 was on ap. Now ready ? Im confused

Hey guys. My non immigrant k1 visa status was at refused(AP) since April 15 and today it changed to AP (May21). I checked it a few hours later and it’s back on that refused(Ap) status again.. 

Any ideas on what’s going on...

I wonder why they did that normally AP status means ur visa is in issuing process but I think last moment  they changed their mind and need to do further administrative processing

Its spouse visa. They asked for additional wedding pictures

How long you are in AP? Did you provide them more pictures ? and how did you provide them your pictures ...i mean did you upload them on ceac or you just only send them through courier .?

Been in ap since mid jan 2020 sent them the pictures via courier services the next day after interview

well did CO told you to send picture through courier or ask you to upload them on CEAC as well. because i made this mistake they ask me for same documents and i send them through courier next day and after 3 months my status change into ready but since feb 2 2020 my status still ready . And when i ask them why i m on ready status they reply me that because you have to upload pictures on CEAC . because sometime ready status means remaining documents.

You should join a whatsapp group for People of AP . if you want to you can send me your number and i will ask admin to add you in this group . so we can discuss about that on whatsapp.

 He told me to send via courier services he did not mention uploading. Your case still in ap ?
