Yes . Go search online

every lawyer is saying this same thing.

basically it means case is in Ap but they just changed the language of Ap. if you see the description below ur status it does say that case is in Ap and it will readjudicate. Legally 221g means refusal but not a permanent refusal . So every Ap case will be like that from todays onwards
