i gave up on this process. taking 4ever. they don't even response to me anymore. this June will hit 3 years. If i don't get response by June then i will cancel my petition.. 😨

Yes mine says refused as well. Even till todays afternoon it was administrative processing and date was feb 2020 but now it says refused and date is same feb 2020. How is it possible that they refused the case and didnt open it. What is the matter ? Did u guys get the updated date as well or not? 

I checked the status in the morning and it showed AP and now it shows refused. What the hell is going on.. how many shows refused??

Hopefully they are not refusing all visas because of the virus. Im praying its just a system glitch

I really hope so too, I have checked cases before and after my case number and it shows refused.
