Just wanted to update you guys, in november husband received an email to come for signature and oath, case was in AP for 4 months. He got his visa issued after attending this interview.

Anyone here in AP since oct 2019 ? 
my case is in AP since 23 oct 2019 . Since then ive got 4 updates. 3 of them were because i sent them inquiry. So is it a positive sign or not ??

Not a positive sign.  Don't expect to see updates.  When the "file" goes to verification / research you would only see updates when the consulate staff touches the file.  Consulate staff doesn't do that work.

I am in Ap since August 2019, this is normal to change the status when you ask querries. Just be patient and pray, there are many in this group who are waiting more than a year in AP. so just wait and pray, inshAlla one day you will get your visa.

My case is in AP since 19 sep 2019. Its been 4 months already. Nothing yet

After inquiry, i received an email  that says

"We have recently reviewed your immigrant visa case.  The proof of relationship between the applicant and the petitioner submitted to our office is insufficient.  Please provide credible documentary evidence of a bona-fide relationship between the applicant and the petitioner.

Please upload the documents at https://ceac.state.gov/iv/."

 

Can any one help what should i upload.

After how long they send you email that evidence you submitt they are insufficient? pleas tell me . And what evidences you submitted before.?

I know my Friend who had her interview on 11 November 2018 and got her visa on 23January 2019. 1 week after she sent her documents to the embassy. Thats why its very different in every case

At the time of interview on 5th August 2019 i submitted some photos with my sibling (my petitioner). But the CO at the time asked me for more photos but in the end of interview asked me to upload IRS latest tax transcript of the petitioner. The tax transcript was uploaded on 2th August. But till now it shows submitted. so i made two inquiries, on second inquiry they as me for evidences with petitioner.
