Hi, is the AP process for all the pakistani's or just for the islamabad embassy?

AP is a process for all embassies.  There are several different factors that can affect the length of AP.  It could be two weeks (even Pakistanis get their visa a few weeks after the interview) or years but no way of knowing what length your lucky to get.

My lawyer filed the law suit in Federal court and from the date of filing USCIS has 60 days to respond and present reasons why the case has been delayed or move the case forward and approve it.  Cost can vary based on your lawyer but so far I have spent $7,500 which includes $400 filing fee of writ of Mandamus.
