I logged into our ds-260 and it says reopened for review with a message to update.  I did not update it but reached out to the Embassy to confirm.   They have not responded to any of my messages the last few weeks so I reached out to the congressman's office Friday.  My congressman talked to someone at DOS who said the embassy opened our ds260 on October 24th and to not update until we get an email from them.   Our CEAC status date has not changed since 9/30 and still says Administrative Processing so we will wait...more 😫

First interview December 2017 second interview October 2018.   It has been over a year since our second interview.   It did not open a year after our first they just asked for a ds-5535 at the time of our second interview but never had us update the ds-260.
