These are my updates since it changed from Ready to AP Dec 14th, 15th, 19th and 27th. 

I have seen alot of times when this happen from ready to AP and after fews day to week or sometime some weeks then issue visa. Hope u hear good news soon.

We had an update yesterday still said ap then a few hours later it changed to returned to nvc :(.  We are devastated...

 

My senator is involved funny thing is they received a response the same day that it was changed to returned but the response they sent me was in regards to ap.

 

From what I read we have a while to wait before USCIS will send us a letter for us to respond to and seems to be nothing we can do in the meantime.   I wish I could just sleep until then...
