Changing an address?

How do I do it?

I go here but it wont allow us to change our address. We filed when we both lived in NZ. My wife has moved back to America while I am still in NZ. It asks for this "

Zip code used when filed" But we can not put the zip code we used as it states it must be 5 digits. Nz uses 4 in its zip codes.

Under "Old Address" we can not put any address that is not American. It is asking for a state and zip code but we obviously do not have one as it was not done in the states. We have emailed USCIS a few times now and gotten no response. 

Any advice on how to change our addresses?

I think for international address you have to follow a different instruction other than to file an AR-11 online.
