Not sure if I should be concerned yet, so I am asking the following..

We got our NOA1 letter for I-751. My wife was a k-1 visa holder and arrived my with K-2 step son together. Our NOA1 letter only lists my K-1 wife. We did file my k2 son on our 751 app and included the proper biometric fees.

question is should i be concerned that k2 son is not listed on the I-751 NOA1 letter? How do we travel outside of USA with K-2 when GC expires?

I had same issue with my son. He never got his NOA, I called them but nobody sent anything for him. The suggestion was to go to an infopass and put a stamp in his passport in order to extend his current GC. Just make your wife go there with her NOA1, his GC and passport and they will do it for you. It's very common now that they don't send NOA for K2 dependents.

If you want to read more, check out previous pages here, people including myself, posted abt it.

Good luck.
