I think you have a lot of solid evidence. It will definitely help that her family traveled with her and that she spent so much time during the second trip.

ย

Can her family write a couple of affidavit for you? It would be good to show they also support you.ย

ย

Also passport stamps are good to include. They show that you really arrived in the country and the dates you arrived and left.ย

ย

Be prepare for some questions about getting married on the first trip. That is a really big red flag for this embassy. But I think youโ€™ve combatted that with the very long time together during the second trip.ย

Donโ€™t bother with the affidavits, they carry little to zero weight in the overall evaluation of a file.

At my interview (10/05/2017) they only asked for next items:

1. Passport

2. Original Marriage Cert

3. Medical

4. Our son's ะกRBA (original)

5 Our pictures

6 Call/Chat logs

7. Police Clearance Certificate (original).

ย

But it all depends on the embassy and it's better to have excess paperwork than lack of it :)

If you want to do the affidavits, original is better, but copies will be fine too. With Ghana the big thing they want to see is that bothย familiesย supports your relationship.
