October 2017 Concurrent Filers (I485, I130, I131 and I765)

Is it the I-130 receipt that's missing? All the forms except the I-130 are submitted by the beneficiary. The I-130 is submitted by the petitioner. If the petitioner's 'mailing address' was different, it might go to a different place. If the mailing address is the same on all of the forms but you got a digital receipt, don't worry about it! I'm sure it'll show up.

Thank you! We both live in the same address, hence there is no opportunity for letter to be sent to somewhere else. It therefore may show up later, as you said, given the fact that we did receive one email later for I131 on Oct 31 early morning after the others 3 came first.

 

How abt ur case? Do you hear about bio appointment yet?

Glad to hear you have your receipt numbers already.  

For which application/form you didn't receive an official receipt? Are you able to track your case online w/ all 4 receipt numbers?

 

EDIT: totally missed the previous posts. like the initial respond, you will probably get that last notice a little later based on what happened with the email.

hi, are you not able to track your case? I was not able to track my case until a couple days after I received my e-notifications and also on the e-notifications it says "We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status."  So maybe, give it a little time?  Good luck.

Thank you! Let's see whether I receive it tomorrow. The lacking is I131 receipt. I already can track online hence I do not feel too much worried about this.

For me it took 24 hours after text/email before I could track online. I have heard it can take longer.

Today marks exactly one week since USCIS got my application (or at least that's what the tracking number shows).

I'm going to the post office later to check for any letters since I'm getting impatient.

The "funny" thing is that we don't have a mailman here so we gotta check in the post office all the time.

Don't go yet. You will get the text first before the mail. I have received the text last wednesday (1 week after it got delivered) and until now, i don't have the physical letter. Which the email says may take 7 to 10 days from the day i got the text.

 

Your best bet is to check your bank if your cheques got cashed or wait for the text.

 

Maybe tonight, between 11pm to 1am hopefully you get the confirmation.

i can't track my case yet. Still did not receive the actual letter. maybe this week i'll get the letter.

@shakeyy Thank you! I went anyways cuz it's a 2 minute walk from our house and I'm expecting so many other packages haha.

I get bored and I shop online a lot.

Hahaha oh.. I got antsy last week as well...  The pain of waiting wether it got accepted or returned for something so minor we did wrong...
