Yeah, I know. But coming from the immigration you never know what to expect. NBC is really not usual.

10/12/17:Package sent

10/25/17: SMS/ email 

10/30/17: NOA received. Priority date: 10/19/17

11/10/17: Biometric appointment notice

11/20/17: Biometric appointment

11/20/17: Biometric done

03/13/2018: Received RFE

03/23/2018: Response received 

03/30/18: EAD card is being produced 

03/03/18: EAD approved 

04/05/2018: Card in hands+ approval letter+ courtesy letter for I-693

04/09/2018: Received SSN card

04/18/2018: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview ( updated just in the end of August/18)

01/18/19: Interview scheduled 

02/26/19: Interview day ( approved )

02/26/19: Card is being produced 

03/01/19: Card was mailed to me

03/02/19: Received approval  letter for forms I-485+ I-130

03/05/19: Card in hands

im hoping i get acceptance notice this week.

Wow congrats! It seems like you have a good sailing start. Do you file AOS from tourist visa or fiance visa? 

 

Mine was delivered successfully on Oct 20 but I have not received any notification till now.

Mine was received October 17th and didn't get the e-notifications until October 25th and today I finally got the official receipt (NOA1 Form 797C) in the mail. So don't worry, you'll get yours. :) Good luck.

Thank you. I hope so. I did send via UPS hence the address is different a bit from ones who use USPS. Which one did you use?

For bona fide marriage I sent bank joint statements, health insurance showing both names, bills with both name, pictures, and some other things. We did not have a lot things because we have been married for just 3 months. Hopefully they will not ask for more evidences, because when they do delay the process.

I read you have joint bank accounts.. but dont you have a social security number in order to open bank accounts?

We have nothing jointly..our choice..

Glad you guys are all making progress as Ocrober filers!

I can't wait until I get some kind of response although it's still super early lol

My package was delivered yesterday so I figure it will be at least a week until I get anything.

05/24/2017 Entered the US on a J1 visa

10/10/2017 We got married!

10/27/2017 AOS Package sent via USPS - Chicago Lockbox

10/30/2017 Package delivered 

10/31/2017 Priority Date

11/07/2017 Received email and text notifications about all 4 forms

11/14/2017 Received hard copies of all 4 NOAs

11/21/2017 Received biometrics appointment notice scheduled for 11/29

12/15/2017 Interview notice - interview is scheduled for January 19th! Holy #$%^ that's less than 3 months from PD!

01/02/2018 EAD + AP approved

01/16/2018 Combo card delivered

01/19/2018 Interview - recommended for approval

01/22/2018 New card is being produced :dance:

Walked in for biometrics appointment today. I didn't even had to explain why I wanted to do or earlier. The office was completely empty.

Also went to the DMV try to get a DL, they did not accept the i797c, even though I had called ahead of time and was told they would accept it. 

Reporting from Kansas City-MO.
