I cant even see my case online :( all 4 receipt numbers return as an error.

Nope status still hasn't change from case received and fingerprint fee received. Also I should mentioned I filed my AP a week before EAD approval date so idk maybe that had something to do with the subsequent approval in my case. But regardless quite a good number of October filers have been getting their EAD approvals.

USCIS processing times were updated for NBC/MSC yesterday. As of October 31st, I-131 was at August 1st and I-765 was at June 30th. Seems like the AP/EAD gap may be growing.

 

Anyway, most october filers would still be on track to receive AP in January and EAD in February.

We we also received notices of approval for the EAD/AP dated 12/20. We've been out of town a few weeks so I don't know the exact date it was delivered but hoping to get the card in the next week! Happy holidays all! October filing looks to be moving quickly!

That's great news, congrats!

 

I filed at 09/28 and haven't received any updates on EAD/AP yet (pending 92 day, status is 'case received', biometrics done at 10/26). My attorney just issued an inquiry and we will get some feedback by 01/09/2018. Let's see how it goes.
