October 2017 Concurrent Filers (I485, I130, I131 and I765)

Yes I file them concurrently, and no I have not received any feedback on EAD

I included Form I-693 with my I-485 packet. I know it only lasts a year, but I'm hedging my bets that my interview will be before then. If not, it's just another $180 for a new form.

I didn't receive yet. But probably I will, because I didn't send mine yet.

If your office schedule your interview soon, maybe you have your interview before you get your EAD. Then you'll not need your EAD because you'll have your greencard in hands.

Yah! i was thinking about that.. I'm done all my labs just the tb test im missing

Yes, i got it too! Its how they process it. Just wait for the interview or RFE. Interview is the most probable for me.

Haha I wish that could be true! Unfortunately my local office is St. Paul MN which is the slowest in the country. I won't get an interview until October 2018, if not later

I applied Petition I-130 for my spouse,my son under 21 years unmarried.

And my daughter over 21 unmarried.

So their categories are( IR 1)for my spouse( IR 2) for my son  and (F1) for my daughter.

I am u.s citizen and they are currently in Pakistan

I apply on 24 Sep and received NOA 1 for all these 3 petitions on 13 Oct as their priority dates.

So hopefully,i an expecting my son and spouse to be here soon with me and as they fall in IR categories and my daughter is over 21 she will have to wait....that is not right for me

What is the expected time for all these petitions?

Guys! Did my biometrics today in Detroit ASC.

I saw so many people coming in around 9.40 and I was almost sure there had to be somethine else happening like a naturalization ceremony and I was right!

Hubby was amazed at how many different people/nationalities were present. I felt such happiness for everyone as I know they are at the end of their (visa) journey.

Anyways, the room where they do the biometrics was practically empty, only one case before me and two workers so I was admitted right away and was out the door by 9.50 and my appointment was originally at 10!

Everyone was extremely nice so Michigan people, you're in luck!

We are doing adjustment of status. Already in USA. Not too sure with consular pr0cessing

I had the impression that uscis office where we do the biometrics will also be the office we go for interviews. Apparently not

Yay! How was your appointment? Was it quick? 

 

When my husband filed for his naturalization he did both in 1 USCIS field office, which 4 miles away from our place. So, I'm assuming & hoping it will be the same case for me. But then again, there's another field office 40 miles from us, so who knows?!

My application was received on October 4th. I already completed my biometrics, and on November 1st I received an RFE. My response was delivered this Tuesday and I am still waiting for the online case status to change to reflect that they have received my response. Ugh!
