I think when time comes, they will step by step require us to do it. Hence I have not yet taken any of action for medical exam.

Btw, I am still lacking of 1 NOA paper receipt of I131. Called USCIS yesterday for their help but seems like they are not helpful at all. They told me to double check with USPS instead without giving me tracking number. Anyone has experience or knowledge about this matter? Thank you.

I received a courtesy letter from USCIS asking to take it to the interview.

Some doctors want $600 on my area!! The cheapest I found was $255 + any vaccinations needed. Will try to do it December or January.

My husband completed his and sent the I-693 with the AOS package. Figured we'd get it out of the way from the start. He came home with a bunch of band-aids on his arm, I felt so bad! I believe it cost around $300 for everything (we're based in NYC).

As a general update, he went for his biometrics last week and now the waiting game continues!

Even though you were all living abroad and paying taxes on that country he would have to file his taxes in the U.S.A. if his income was more than the 125% of the poverty line and he did report it to the IRS I don't see why you guys should have an issue. This is how taxes work for exprats.

P.S. if its easier adding a co-sponsor, do it. Also provide proof for the assets and pay stubs since you moved back to the U.S.(if he is working already)

That's a good rate... Its puzzles me how each of them charge differently. Does your rate include labwork and vaccination fees as well?

I have signed up Informed Delivery but not complete Identity Verification online for some reason I could not go through it. It asks me to come to post office to complete this step which I am going to do today. Frustrating!!!

You did go for check up on your own without waiting official letter request from USCIS, right? So how can you do this? How do we know which vacinnation we are required to take?

its good to have. :) I get a daily email of upcoming mail pieces.

Yes i did. I shopped around whoever has the best rates, and lowest i could find was $450.

https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor

Just find the closest doctors in your area using the link above. Its best to call each of them because the range can be from $300 to $800

Make sure you mention if it includes lab fees and vaccination..

The doctor will give you a referral which vaccination you need.

Take your medical records (Vaccines you received ) with you if you have one.

I didn't have record, so i had to do Titers (boosters) for all those vaccine im pretty sure i did as a child

Hi,

Glad to hear you have your receipt numbers already. :)

For which application/form you didn't receive an official receipt? Are you able to track your case online w/ all 4 receipt numbers?

EDIT: totally missed the previous posts. like the initial respond, you will probably get that last notice a little later based on what happened with the email. :)

Hi Janice,

I have a question for you. when did you receive  your biometrics mail? Was it just a few days after you got your NOA Letters?

Haha. I feel you. Sounds like me.

Better to spread it out.  I did my flu shots at costco because they're cheaper than everyone.

Then the rest at Department of Health. Apparently a TB test is done, a fluid is injected in our forearm, just to the layer of our skin and we have to come back 2 days later and see the results. Way too much poking
