My husband & I mailed our packet in October 10 and was delivered October 17. We're still waiting for the notification that it was received/accepted. They haven't even cashed the checks yet. Ugh! The joy of waiting! :)

i know eh. Waiting is more painful when we're not working and just sits at home all day watching food network. Geez. lol I don't really care however long it takes. But since I filed it myself, I'm so scared of the whole package being returned to me haha..

oh i just mailed it yesterday. it's not there yet. It arrives tomorrow.... so it will be a while prob before i get the acceptance notice (if I did everything correctly)

Hi everybody, 

 

My husband and I mailed our package on October 12 and was delivered just on October 19. So far we did not receive any notifications. I was starting to get worry, but   I am feeling much better now  because I know I am not the only one in this journey.

Good luck for us. It´s a long wait.

it is.. i try so hard not to think too much. I just need the acceptance notice for peace of mind and the rest can just take its course however long they want it to be..

No worries!

For bona fide marriage I sent bank joint statements, health insurance showing both names, bills with both name, pictures, and some other things. We did not have a lot things because we have been married for just 3 months. Hopefully they will not ask for more evidences, because when they do delay the process.

I will update as soon I get any news.

I did file my application on 10/18 and it was delivered on 10/20 successfully. No NOA1 uptill now is received. As far as I experience from people here, it may take 2-3 weeks to receiving NOA1. Let be patient together!!! Good luck to all of us.
