Very nervous of upcoming interview. Panic mode basically.

 

My husband is the beneficiary, I'm the US citizen

We have as evidence:

Joint checking and banking.  We each have our own debit cards

4 credit cards,  added him to the accounts.

SAMS Warehouse cards

Joint apartment insurance

Joint dental insurance

He is beneficiary on my life insurance.  Getting life insurance for him as me as beneficiary

Joint lease on our apartment

Holiday cards & envelopes addressed to both of us and tons of other mail.

4 years joint tax returns

Over 500 picture's of us, few with family and friends & our dogs

4 Letters from friends about our marriage

Joint electric bill, ATT Dish TV-internet service

 

 

 

We don't have joint cell phone service, as we have each a different carrier.

 

Any ideas of what else to add?  I know this will be a difficult case, red flags, age, religion, and I filed before with immigration and cancelled when my ex went and remarried his first wife while being married to me, (Egypt)

Its allowed in Egypt for man to have up to 4 wife's at same time.

OK.

I think I get it now. You have file for a completely different person before but cancelled because he married another woman. It is NOT the same person you are filing for now.

 

Based off of your evidence you provided you should be fine.

Wills and Power of Attorneys. Easy enough to do yourself or use Legal Zoom for around $70.

and BTW islam but not at all normal in Egypt to have more than one wife

i researched this extensively when an egyptian asked me to be his second wife

of course i was not going to do it but i had curiosity about the issue

the first wife has to approve and not going to happen in Egypt (source is from many Egyptian penpails and internet research)

He did it all behind my back, I don't play like that .    That was it for me, showed what he was truly like.
