I’ve never been a fan of sanctuary cities.  This just strengthens my dislike.  Seems crazy that a known felon can just waltz across our border so easily and commit more crimes.

This is what many democrat positions want. Protect illegal aliens over american citizens.

His defense seems to rest on the premise that the bullet ricocheted off the ground and killed her.  So it was an “accident”.  Yet he fired the gun three times.  Then threw it in the water to “stop it from firing”.  

 

Seems like a plausible defense.
