Body clock

You all know about the body clock correct? Well i figured it out, As u get older the body requires less sleep which means it gets you ready for when you die cause you will always be awake to watch over everyone here on earth getting screwed by governments over immigration and robbing you blind to make others rich.

Both my parents are retired in their 70's and rarely sleep for long periods of time. However, for them, it has nothing to do with being screwed over by the government and just biological. 

 

On the other hand, my wife and I lack of sleep is from our little kids.

I need extra sleep.  Always have, always will.

With the recent time change my body clock has needed some adjustment.

I completely understand this as well due to having 4 kids with 2 of them under 5 years of age.

I wake up at 3 am every morning, Go to bed around 8 to 10 pm.

 

This has been my body clock for about 10 years now. I went to the doctor and asked him if this was normal.  He asked me if I was tired during the day which I answered no. He said you are fine it's just your body clock.
