Document Package Order in CheckList

I have a quick question. I (petitioner) am putting the NVC package together for my wife (beneficiary). In checklist, there is an order for each document.

My question is should I put my own passport copy and birth certificate right after my wife's and my previous marriage divorce document right after  our marriage certificate, like this:

 

Beneficiary passport 

Petitioner passport

Beneficiary birth certificate

Petitioner birth certificate

Our Marriage certificate

My previous marriage document

I-864EZ

Financial documents

....

Or, include all my docs as part of Petitioner's Civil documents which is after Signed Affidavit of Support  like this:

 

Beneficiary passport 

Beneficiary birth certificate

Our Marriage certificate

I-864EZ form

Petitioner passport

Petitioner birth certificate

My previous marriage document

Financial dos

etc

 

Also, I don't think as a US Citizen and don't think I need my origin country birth certificate, do I?

I've lined out the items that are absolutely not needed and made a comment on one item.  How you wish to order what you need is up to you.

thanks a lot. Very helpful. 

As for divorce, I am sending what I received from court at the end of the process. I assume it is same as the termination document. If not, please let me know.
