OK, you scheduled one interview and cancelled it.  You don't need to enter the receipt number again (did the web form ask you for your receipt # again?).  You go to the calendar and select a new date and all should be fine.

Had a the same problem here.  I tried to schedule an online appointment but it says "No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for"   Does the  pandemic that we are facing now affects my situation? Or is it possible to book an online appointment for an interview even if we are now facing this pandemic crisis?

Anyone has experienced an error when key in the receipt number? "No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for"  . How to solve it. Kindly advise.
